Converting from a high-efficiency furnace
This is the most straightforward of all installations since all the appropriate ductwork exists in place. In this conversion, however, the Air Handler and the Tankless Water Heater have been moved back against the exterior wall. This has gained an additional 25 square feet of floor space.
Before - Typical furnace and water tank installation take up about 25 feet of floor space.
After - Neat compact installation saves valuable floor space.
The single concentric vent acts as both air intake and exhaust, greatly simplifying the installation.
